I just want to thank you for your work on these excellent podcasts that enriched my daily spiritual practice. I have attended the Buddhist Temple in my area a few times but quite frankly found it intimidating ( my internal insecurity, I ‘m sure).
The current state of political and social discourse is very disturbing and I fear for the trajectory of the species. Then I discover work such as yours and others and feel grounded; I have a practice that allows me control and freedom.
